Each item in our shop is carefully selected, cleansed, and packed with love and intention. Because our pieces are often handcrafted and energetically unique, we have special guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email theauranook@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Custom or personalized orders
    •    Digital downloads

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, we cannot cancel the order.
