Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
    •    Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75
    •    Standard shipping (via USPS First Class or Priority Mail): 3–5 business days after dispatch
    •    Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
The Aura Nook is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered. If your package appears lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance. We will always do our best to help you locate your order.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the near future.
